The journey
Most of my career has been spent building things that can't afford to break: systems in fast-moving environments where performance matters and decisions have real consequences. That has meant work in fintech, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms and high-scale web products.
What stayed with me was a pattern underneath the technical work.
The hardest problems rarely started as technical. They started as human: misalignment, unspoken assumptions, slow conflict, unclear ownership, decision fatigue, burnout. You could ship great code and still watch momentum collapse because the people building it couldn't stay aligned as the pressure grew.
Unframed came from that firsthand experience.
We built it because we lived the cost of misalignment up close, and we did not want other teams to learn those lessons the hard way. It turns what usually stays hidden until it breaks into something a team can work on: a way to see team dynamics early, measure what goes unsaid, and act on it with structure.
My role is to turn that messy reality into a product that is rigorous and usable, with clear workflows, careful scoring and reporting, and a platform that respects trust, privacy and the nuance of human relationships.
I want to build tools that hold people up, so teams keep their clarity, their momentum and each other as their ambition grows.
