He arrived with more than twenty years across procurement, international trade and business operations, built in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the markets in between. An MBA in marketing management sits on top of a first degree in aerospace engineering, a fair description of how he works, strategy held to the tolerances of something that has to fly.

As Chief Operating Officer he owns how the business runs: client delivery and account management, hiring and internal operations, partner relationships across the region, and the commercial rhythm that keeps growth predictable rather than lumpy. The point of all of it is that HR and recruitment teams across the Kingdom feel the difference in a working week, not in a deck.
